The following is more of a review than instructions. One of our techs was doing research and came across it by acciden on a site that reviews high end flashlights. It is reprinted here with the author's permission.

I recently purchased two ½ oz. containers of glow paint from GlowInc.com .
What I had in mind was painting the inside of the head of my mini-Mag MM+ R2H. I got green & blue. The green is noticeably brighter than the blue, but the blue is no slouch.
I can't get great macro shots, but below is a pic I took through a magnifying glass, it's the best I could do.
I put two coats of blue, and a topcoat of green in it.
This is the paint and my light after being insolated in the morning sun. (This photo was taken in daylight, in my front room. Lots of ambient light.)
Here is a picture showing the glow of it after being freshly recharged.
This is the light on, to show the difference. The camera exposure setting was the same for both shots.
When I set it by my bed at night, I can still see it in the morning, if the head is pointed towards me.
The glow is bright enough to read with for 30 sec. or so after turning the light off. After that, I must hold the light within about 1 in. to be able to read with it. I would say it's not practical for reading.
