2. Night Sights that really work!

   I have been looking for some night sights for my 1903 Colt Semi Auto. I was upset with the amount of fitting necessary to get them installed. I Came across an ad for Glow Inc. and decided to invest in a 1/2 ounce bottle of Solvent Based Ultra Green V10. WOW!!! After a thorough cleaning, I applied a coat of white nail polish first. Then four coats of the Ultra Green V10. (drying over night between coats) After drying, I dusted each coat lightly with a well worn nail file board, just to remove any minor bumps from the hardened paint. I finished the project with a coat of clear nail polish. I tried a couple of light sources to charge the paint, and finally settled on 30 seconds in the beam of an LED flashlight. This is sufficient to keep the sights of the pistol glowing intensely for about 12 hours. They will continue to glow for several more hours before needing a recharge. I highly recommend this product.

   This is o e of the nest glow in the dark paints on the market, very bright as described and easy to apply to every project I have done, Worth every penny and works to my expectations. Thank You GLOW!

   This stuff is amazing. Close super bright and last a really long time. I highly recommend it. I am using the solvent based Glow material.

5. Worked great on surplus night sights

   Bought a bottle to rejuvenate some East German clip-on night sights and they came out amazing. The paint lasts quite a while and certainly renewed the brightness they had back in the 80's.

6. 2018 Update

   Bought this a year and a half ago. Used for a few days and sat it on the shelf in my shop. Been there ever since. It was a good bit more dense after such a long sit on the shelf. I put a little acetone in the bottle, shook it up and its just like brand new. Glows just as good as ever.

   This stuff is great! I charged the whole bottle with the flash for my SLR camera and it was glowing at about 3 in the morning when I got up to go to the bathroom. I was quite surprised. By then recharged it with an UltraViolet flashlight and wow this stuff glows quite brightly. If you are going to use this to try and make a night sight for your pistol I would recommend painting your front sight white first.

   Acquired a quart of the V10 a week ago and followed the directions to achieve amazing results. After dipping and drying I now have the brightest Halibut jigs on the planet. No other glow paint comes close.

10. V10 Solvent for Gun Sights

    I followed the web site instructions for applying the solvent based Ultra Green V10 glow material onto a gloss white surface for use as a combat gun sight. It worked perfectly and is brighter than my Tritium sights (at least initially). I have not tested and compared the brightness over several hours but will do so. Had to us a very small paint brush for both the gloss white background and the V10 paint for the small dots needed for the rear and front sights. With the white background these sights work well for both day and night time use. I highly recommend this paint for gun sight use.
