This is Glow Inc.'s standard water-based medium for its coated glow pigments (coated glow powder). We make this medium available for artists who need to tightly control pigment ratios.  Like all of our paints, it is extremely durable and has high adhesion.  For clarification, this medium does not glow without the coated glow pigments, which are sold seperately.
