This new version of the Glow Inc.'s Watch Lume formula is made with an extremely high percentage of small particle V10 phosphorescent pigment in a very thick clear medium. It is designed to paint the tiny hands of watches or clocks. The pigment and loads are optimized to provide a smooth glow at the maximum brightness.
Apply with an oiler, hat pin, or straight pin.
